As a holistic health and nutrition coach and corporate wellness educator, I develop wellness programs for companies interested in the health and well-being of their team. I love helping companies reduce their health care costs, boost employee morale and improve productivity in the workplace through wellness talks and activities.

Here’s how it works!

I will meet with your company’s HR director or the person in charge of wellness and team-building activities to see what topics they’re most interested in learning about.

Next, I will suggest and recommend a mini-series of 4 – 6 sessions based on the needs and desires of the employees and the company. Each mini-series is 60 to 90 minutes, but we can work within your time allotment as needed.

I normally come at lunchtime, but I’m flexible with what is best for your organization. I highly suggest that there’s food provided — people are coming for the food as well as for the experience in a fun and interactive atmosphere. I can recommend healthy caterers and restaurants that I partner with.

My goal is to help increase your bottom line and reduce your healthcare costs, making your employees feel appreciated, healthy, happy and more productive. I offer fun, dynamic talks that are both interactive and enjoyable.
