1-on-1 Health Coaching

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet. We each have our own unique makeup and bio-individuality. I work with my clients one-on-one, couples or small groups to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Learn about your specific body type, activity level and the action items you can take to accomplish your goals.

Seasonal Detox

I’m a fan of eating real, whole foods. This 21-day detox is all real, whole food and is fun to do seasonally. With my detox, you will cook all the meals or prep them in advance and I will support you through it. We’ll try new foods and your body will start to feel amazing! Most people see about 10 lbs. of weight loss. You will learn to feel satisfied with healthy fats, delicious foods and whole grains.

Meal Plans and Recipes

Sometimes you just need a plan that works! I’ll provide you with the meal plan, shopping list and meal prepping tips to be successful. From green smoothie challenges to 5-day clean eating meal plans, Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan or Vegetarian recipes – I will help you come up with healthy ideas for you and your family!

Online Fitness Challenges

Have you ever wished a nutritionist would give you the recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and support to be successful? I offer 30-day online health and fitness challenge groups of individuals looking for the tools, support and accountability to be successful in reaching their goals. You’ll be joining a group of fantastic people who are in this journey along with you. They will become some of your biggest cheerleaders and friends. I’ll be asking you to check in with me daily and I’ll be coaching you every step of the way!

Learn how to stock your home with nutrient-dense foods, how to eat healthy and deliciously on a budget and how to read labels. Get tips about sprouted grains, healthy oils and fats, greens, fruits, snacks, seasonal foods and more!

As a wellness educator, I develop wellness programs for companies interested in the health and well-being of their team. I love helping companies reduce their health care costs, boost employee morale and improve productivity in the workplace through wellness talks and activities. I also do speaking engagements in the community.
